Collect A Lot Shop is a secondhand store.  Most of the items for sale by Collect A Lot Shop (pages with the house / blue roof logo) have been previously owned, but there are some items that have never been used and a few that are still in the original box or packaging!

If you have any questions about the condition of an item before you buy, or if you need sizes or more pictures, please send an e-mail to Mary@collectalotshop.com or send a note.

The items are generally in excellent condition, but it is possible that a few of the items could have minor imperfections that were missed when adding them to the website.  Your satisfaction is very important to me, so if I find any unmentioned flaws or problems when packaging your items, I will notify you right away, cancel your order if desired, or send you a refund if you have already paid for your items.  If I miss something, or if you are not completely satisfied with the items you receive, please contact me right away by e-mail: Mary@collectalotshop.com (items shipped within the United States may be safely returned within 45 days from the date of purchase to receive a refund for the price of the items only - all shipping and handling is non-refundable including shipping cost to return items.  Also, you must notify me by e-mail of the return).

Combine shipping costs and save!
The shopping cart (add to cart) items will automatically combine shipping, but if you want to also buy items not available for immediate purchase, please let me know by sending a note or e-mail and I will manually combine shipping using your zip code.

Items are shipped Parcel Post or Priority Mail within 3 days of payment.  Other shipping options such as FedEx or UPS with a tracking number are available upon request for an additional cost calculated using your zip code.

Note to International Buyers:  Not all items for sale by Collect A Lot Shop are eligible for shipping outside of the USA (for example... large or valuable items).  The rates displayed for shipping and handling are for shipping within the United States.  Buyers must pay additional shipping costs for the items that I will ship outside of the USA and must pay with PayPal.  Items shipped outside of the United States will be marked "merchandise" and the buyer is responsible for any potential duties, taxes or fees due upon receipt.  Because first-class international packages cannot be insured, buyer assumes all risk if the package is lost or damaged by the post office.  Priority Mail International has the option of adding insurance, but it is usually more expensive.

PAYMENT:  Collect A Lot Shop will accept a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover card or any payment method that PayPal accepts securely online.   PayPal will process your payment for free and you don't have to have a PayPal account.  You will also have the option to pay with PayPal if you do have an account.

Payments may also be made by money order or cashiers check via US mail upon request and pre-approval.  Collect A Lot Shop reserves the right not to accept payments by mail for any reason.
