As a sole proprietor with a sales tax license to sell items in Delaware County, Ohio, we operate in compliance with the sales tax regulations and requirements of Ohio.  Any applicable sales taxes will be applied in accordance with the provisions of Ohio tax law.

Exclusive Jurisdiction:

By using this website and engaging in transactions, you agree that any legal action or proceeding related to your use of this website, purchase of products, or any other matters, shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the state of Ohio.

Terms of Sale

Out of Stock Item Policy:

In the event that we are unable to fulfill an order due to items being damaged or out of stock, we will promptly issue a refund and notify the buyer via email.

Returns and Refunds:

We are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase.  If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you have the option to return the item within 30 days of receipt, provided that it is in the same condition as when you received it.  It is important to note that the buyer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, insurance, and any additional expenses incurred during the return process, including the cost of boxes or other shipping supplies.

Refund Process: 

Upon receiving the returned item in its original condition, we will initiate the refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase.  Please allow 7-10 days after the item is received by us for the refund to be processed.

International Sales Policy:

For international orders, including those made by customers outside the USA, prior authorization is required before making a purchase due to the potentially higher shipping costs and possible restrictions.  As part of the authorization process, international buyers are required to provide their full shipping address in the request. 

Upon approval to purchase, we may provide an alternative link to a secure third-party website to pay the updated and more accurate total, which includes shipping costs specific to the international destination.

All sales made to international customers are considered final.  We are unable to offer returns, provide refunds, or facilitate exchanges for international purchases.

It's important to note that international buyers are each responsible for any duties, taxes, or unexpected fees incurred as a result of their purchases.  Any unforeseen expenses, customs duties, or issues arising from restrictions or seizure of a package due to import regulations or restrictions are the sole responsibility of the international buyer.

However, in the exceptional case of an accidental purchase where no items have been shipped, and solely at our discretion, a refund may be considered and will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
